What's your return policy?

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Email support@petparadiseprotoys.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us immediately with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified within 12 hours of placing. After that the order enters fulfillment, but you can return it once received.
